Vanessa Gonzales, Senior Electoral Advisor, Haiti

Vanessa Gonzales joined the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) as the senior electoral advisor for Haiti. In addition to providing technical assistance to the election commission and civil society partners, Vanessa also collaborates with the Country Director and administrative staff in the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that IFES’ work is carried out in a timely and coordinated manner. Prior to beginning at IFES, Vanessa served in Haiti in various positions with different multi-lateral organizations since 2005, including the United Nations Development Programme and the Organization of American States.
